   IS SIGMA PHARMACY LEGAL?
Sigma Pharmacy is a legal fully regulated online pharmacy in the UK. Sigma pharmacy is authorised through the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency). This allows us to sell medicines online.
   HOW DO I KNOW IF MEDICATION IS GENUINE?
All medicine is Government Approved MHRA regulated and 100 percent genuine medication.
   DO I NEED A PRESCIPTION?
You do not need to supply a prescription to use Sigma Pharmacy. However, you will have to fill out an online questionnaire and if eligible, a private prescription will be given.
   WILL MY GP BE NOTIFIED?
Only if the patient gives consent
   WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express
   DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?
Currently we are only supplying medication in the UK
   IS THE PACKGAING DISCREET?
Yes, we package all medication in a discreet and confidential way
   HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Order can be tracked once a confirmation email is sent with the tracking number. Please be aware that it might take some time before the tracking link will be live.
   CAN I RETURN MY MEDICATION?
Orders can be cancelled up till the point of dispatch. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer services by phone or email.
   CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Medication cannot be returned once dispatched. For safe disposal of medication please contact us or take it to a local pharmacy.
   CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, as long as you notify us before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order.
   WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I EXPERIENCE SIDE EFEECTS?
If you are experiencing side effects from medication, please contact us and your GP. For any lifethreatening symptoms please contact emergency services.
