   Complaints

Sigma Pharmacy has a written complaints policy and procedures. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them.

To lodge a formal complaint, please send an email to xxxxx Anyone unhappy with the response that Sigma Pharmacy has made to a formal written complaint should contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.

   Privacy

Medical data and your order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law. Sigma Pharmacy has a legal obligation to comply with UK Data Protection legislation. The Sigma Pharmacy Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy specify how we use confidential patient data.

   Return Policy

For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines, so we are not able to process any refund on medication. If you have unwanted medicine, please contact our pharmacy team and we can arrange for you to safely send the medication back to us for disposal. For orders that are to be delivered by post, you can cancel an order for medicines up until the point when your medicine is dispatched. This can be done by sending an email to help@Sigma Pharmacy.co.uk.
